  • Definitions and scope of both Acts
  • How and when exemptions/exceptions should be applied
  • How to apply the public interest test
  • The comparisons with other legislation and also between each of the two Acts
  • Fees
  • The Codes of Practice
  • Definition of environmental data
  • Publication Schemes
  • Need for Records Management
