Terms and Booking Conditions
Bookings on our course are accepted on the following conditions:-·
The Course
Courses remain provisional until 2 weeks before the advertised course date and may be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers at this time. If this occurs IMTS will only refund in full any course fees paid. If we cancel the course after this date we will also refund any actual non-refundable expenses incurred on proof of payment. We will only pay 2nd class travel and up to £100 hotel expenses per delegate.·
If exceptionally the advertised speaker is not available we reserve the right to substitute a suitably qualified and experienced speaker.·
Cancellations
You can cancel a delegate at any time up to 4 weeks before the advertised date of the course at no cost. If you cancel after that date and before 14 days in advance there will be a charge of 75% of the course fee. After 14 days and also non attendance on the day you will be responsible for the total cost.
Substitutes can be made at any time without cost.
Payment
Invoices are usually sent around two weeks before the course date.
Payment is required 28days after the date of the invoice
Payment can be accepted by BACS transfer or cheque.
Insurance
IMTS will only be liable for a total course liability of £1,000,000 for public indemnity and £100,000 for professional liability for a period of 2 years from the date of the course.·
Copyright
Copyright of all course materials remains with either IMTS or the speaker and must not be copied without the consent of the copyright holder.·
Data Protection Act 1998 - Fair processing statement
IMTS is registered withm the Information Commissioner tom process personal data.Any personal information you have supplied will be used by IMTS to administer the selected course and will not be shared with any other organisation except as required by law. The information will be retained by us to assist with any future bookings you may make.
